STAMP RULES · PROPOSAL

First stamp. Ongoing record.

01 · FIRST OBSERVATION

Add a bot stamp

Record the first date in the dataset. The ≤ symbol marks bots already present at the start of the observation period.

02 · RETURN VISITS

Update its record

Add requests and update the last observation date. The same bot keeps its stamp.

03 · NEW BOT

Another stamp, same family

A newly observed bot receives its own stamp, using the family's symbol with its own name and role.

04 · IDENTITY

Attribute with evidence

Production verification must use official bot documentation and verifiable source information. A User-Agent alone cannot establish identity.

REAL DATA · EXACT SCOPE

Numbers are observations.

Historical snapshot of the IDAEO website network · 2026-03-03 – 2026-09-28. Counts are requests, not unique visitors or recommendations. Source verification began on 2026-08-24; historical stamps do not imply verified identity throughout the period.

How totals work

Sum the individual bot counts from the same timeline. A bot with multiple roles is counted once. Missing roles remain under review.
